Following a tragic incident last month that left three dead and six injured outside Midtown Daiquiri and Grill in Macon, arrests have brought some progress to the case. FOX5 Atlanta reported that a 17-year-old, Travis Glover, and a 28-year-old man, Jarrius Terrell Curry, have been apprehended in connection with the mass shooting that happened on May 18 around midnight.

Authorities have charged the teenager, Glover, with three counts of murder, while Curry is facing five counts of aggravated assault. According to 13WMAZ, another suspect, Muchman Bond III, 24, was also arrested in connection with the homicides but was apprehended 200 miles away in Columbia, South Carolina. The details surrounding each of their alleged involvement's in the shooting have not been released.

The shooting claimed the lives of three men: 32-year-old Javonta Faulks, 28-year-old Jedarrius Meadows, Jr., and 24-year-old Javarsia Meadows. The six other victims were transported to a local hospital, though their identities have not been disclosed.

Families and friends of the victims have been sharing their grief and memories. "He helped anybody ... if you came to Javonte and asked him for $5 he'll give you $10," Tamika Bonner, Javonta Faulks' mother, told 13WMAZ in a heartwrenching statement. "I am scarred, I will never be the same. My heart is shattered. I never thought in a million years that I would be burying my child. I thought that my child would be burying me."
