Harris, described as approximately 5 feet 5 inches tall, weighing around 170 pounds, with gray hair and brown eyes, is believed to be wearing a blue robe, white and blue striped pajama bottoms, and flip-flop sandals. The alert underscores the seriousness of the situation, noting that Harris walks with a limp and suffers from memory issues. He is also without his medication, amplifying his vulnerability and heightening concerns for his well-being.
The California Highway Patrol (CHP), which has activated the Silver Alert, considers Charles Harris at risk given his age and medical conditions.
