An Oregon man was arrested after authorities discovered a cache of weapons in his car near the U.S. Capitol. Yesterday, Nolan R. Churan, 23, was taken into custody in an area designated for Congressional staff parking, according to KOIN. Officials were alerted to Churan's red Subaru, notably topped with a large tricycle, at around 9 AM on Pennsylvania Avenue Northwest.
