The most recent charges stem from an incident where Strempel was apprehended on July 26 after a history of offenses, including flashing at least 10 women whose ages ranged dramatically, including a six-year-old girl an instance that clearly shows the depth of his transgressions. In a 2020 case, he accepted a plea deal following exposure to a young girl, after which the victim's mother conveyed to the court the irreversible harm done to her child, "she has cried for nights; she's so scared to go to school", detailed in a heartbreaking testimony ABC 15 News. Now facing additional felony charges, Strempel is currently held on a $25,000 bond, which he cannot satisfy due to a probation violation.
