The Blount County Sheriff's Office has issued a call for assistance in the search for a missing Tennessee man, Wendell Rowland, age 70. According to a social media post from the sheriff's office, Rowland was last seen on U.S. Highway 129, known as the Dragon, heading toward North Carolina on Saturday at around 2 p.m. His family reported him missing later that night after losing contact with him since 11:30 a.m. the same day.

Rowland is described as having been aboard a distinctive motorcycle, a 2006 Harley Davidson CVO with a silver color that features black and red flames on the gas tank. Donning a black helmet, wearing blue jeans paired with black boots, and beclothed in a long sleeve orange shirt.
