The culinary landscape of Old Town Scottsdale is about to get a little spicier. Luke Kory and his brother Jake, the dynamic duo behind Boondocks Patio & Grill, are reportedly setting their sights on a new Mexican steakhouse concept, Pistoleros Parrilla. Nestled just a few steps from their Scottsdale outpost at 4333 N. Civic Center Plaza, Pistoleros Parrilla is shaping up to be a wood-fired wonderland for steak aficionados, as reported by ABC 15 News.
According to The Business Journal, the Kory brothers have been on a veritable spending spree over recent years, dropping millions on properties to expand their foothold in the Valley. Looking at growing their brand, they're not just sticking to the tried and true. The newest eatery will repurpose a former office building that's been transformed, having a generously-sized 5,000-square-foot space, which will feature an outdoor patio with the promise of al fresco dining on the second floor.
Luke Kory shared with ABC 15 News, "Pistoleros Parrilla will be located in a former office building that has been reconfigured for a restaurant and bar." This statement fuels anticipation for what's to come on the Scottsdale dining scene, offering a teaser of when patrons can expect to sink their teeth into something new.
