The bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly labeled with the RFP number and the bidding company's name. According to a recent notice on the official Butts County website, the deadline to drop off these proposals is sharp at 2:00 p.m. on August 28. Any bid coming in post the stipulated time will not be entertained and shall be sent back with the seal intact. All bids are set to be publicly opened and read on the same day they are due.
There will be no pre-bid conference held for this round, leaving potential bidders to direct any questions individually. Questions received by the deadline will be reviewed and may be addressed in an official addendum, which is scheduled for release by 4:00 p.m. on August 14 to ensure all parties have equal access to updated information.
