Boasting academic credentials that include a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership from Valdosta State University and a Master's in Public Administration from Strayer University, Watson is also equipped with departmental training spanning Basic Correctional Officer Training to Management and Initial Correctional Counselor Training, which has prepared her for the challenges of supervising staff and male residents at the installation.
