The DeKalb County Police Department is actively seeking two suspects linked to a fatal shooting behind a Checkers restaurant in DeKalb County.

The incident took place on Glenwood Road, and upon arrival, officers discovered the body of a man in an alley behind the Checkers location, police said. Surveillance footage from neighboring businesses has revealed glimpses of the suspects and police are in search of the two men who were seen driving away in a distinctive blue and silver Volkswagen Jetta, which had a paper tag stating "tag applied for" attached with duct tape to the back of the car, the car also had a damaged windshield but the suspects remain unidentified and at large, according to a FOX 5 Atlanta report.

Furthermore, local authorities have released photos of the individuals they believe to be responsible for the violent act. The victim of the shooting has been identified as 39-year-old Louis Allen, according to information provided by 11Alive News.
