In the pre-dawn quiet of Dyersburg, law enforcement officials executed a search warrant that resulted in the seizure of illegal drugs and stolen property, along with an arrest. According to a social media post by the West Tennessee Drug Task Force, the raid conducted by the 29th District Agents uncovered 4.6 grams of methamphetamine, 11 Adderall tablets, 6 Suboxone strips, and a motorcycle reported as stolen in Florida.
The operation took place at a residence on Countryman, where one male suspect was taken into custody following the discovery of the narcotics and the stolen motorcycle. Charges for both theft and drug felonies are pending. Although the suspect's name was not released, the authorities have clarified that Danny Goodman, Jr., the District Attorney General for the 29th Judicial District, will handle the aftermath of this incident. The Dyer County Sheriff's Office also aided the drug task force agents in this search.
