El Paso Police have apprehended a man, identified as 29-year-old Christopher Sledge, for allegedly breaking into Radford School, as reported by KVIA. Officers who responded to the scene discovered the suspect inside the premises.
According to El Paso Times, Sledge is facing charges of criminal mischief destruction of school property and criminal trespass and was being held at the El Paso County Jail with a total bond set at $2,250, the police conducted a thorough sweep of the Radford School campus located at 2001 Radford St. in Central El Paso in the wake of the arrest.
Following the incident, Radford School confirmed a break-in had occurred after standard school hours, and police were promptly contacted to address the situation. This detail was confirmed by KTSM, which reported on Sledge's capture and subsequent booking into the El Paso County Detention Facility.
