According to FOX 5 Atlanta, Glaser was hit at approximately 9:45 p.m. near Sons Drive, on a stretch of road without a crosswalk. Investigators have been combing through evidence, including a headlight fixture and other car debris left at the scene by the fleeing driver.

Authorities believe that the vehicle involved in the incident is a Toyota RAV4, based on the evidence gathered, including a significant fragment from the left headlight assembly. As reported by 11Alive, there may be additional damage to the driver's side of the car. The Georgia State Patrol's Specialized Collision Reconstruction Team is reviewing video footage from the area to aid in their investigation.
