The Horizon City Police Department recently reported the arrest of Rogelio Campuzano on charges of Misapplication of Fiduciary Property. The incident occurred on July 1, when at approximately 9:09 AM, officers located the wanted individual in the 14700 block of Sand Gate Dr., Horizon City, Texas.
According to the Horizon City Police Department, the officers on the scene confirmed that Campuzano had an outstanding warrant for a crime concerning the improper use of someone else’s money or property that was entrusted to him for management. After the arrest, Campuzano was taken into custody and booked into the El Paso County Detention Facility. A bond was set at an amount of $6,000.
The police have not released further details regarding the specifics of the misapplication allegedly committed by Campuzano, but have prompted the community to make any inquiries. Officer C.
