A Jupiter couple found themselves in handcuffs after local authorities raided their residence, uncovering what has been described as a drug operation. Allison Moyer, 54, and Gregg Scrudders, 59, were arrested for multiple counts related to drug possession and intent to sell, authorities reported last Wednesday. WPBF detailed that both parties involved were taken into custody near the 15000 block of 95th Avenue.

During the search of the couple's home, law enforcement discovered clear jars containing marijuana packaged presumably for distribution and various edibles infused with THC and psilocybin. Officials stated, after being detained lawfully for the search, both Moyer and Scrudders exercised their right to legal representation and did not comment on the discovered items in the home.

The Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office, along with the Delray Beach Police Department and PBSO SWAT were involved in the bust. Among the items found were candies and chocolates branded as "Alli's Edibles," featuring hybrid Keif, sativa, and synthetic cannabinoids, according to the CBS12 report. A homemade menu listing the flavors was discovered alongside a ledger containing costs and profits of "Alli's Edibles," which detailed their operation further.

Evidence seized from the home also included rolling trays, brown paper bags, pre-rolled paper, and a cooking pan, suggesting that the couple may have been in the midst of packaging their products for distribution, as they discovered. In total, deputies reported seizing a pound of marijuana, over 5 ounces of psilocybin mushrooms, and over 4 pounds of THC edibles. Along with the drugs, approximately $290 in cash was also confiscated.

Moyer faces charges that include possession of marijuana, possession of psilocybin, and possession of marijuana in excess of 20 grams, as well as intent to sell both substances, the reports stated. Meanwhile, Scrudders has been charged with similar counts, all signaling that the intent to distribute these substances was apparent. Both individuals now await further legal proceedings following their arrest.
