A Knoxville man, Kenyan Roshad Warren, 46, is facing a max sentence of 10 years after a jury convicted him on multiple charges stemming from a drunk driving incident that resulted in the death of a pedestrian and left another seriously injured. Tragically, one of the victims, identified as Stephanie Llewellyn, age 47, of Knoxville, died from the impact, while the other sustained critical injuries including a skull fracture exposing part of his brain, as detailed by WATE; after the incident, Warren was seen discarding a beer can beneath his vehicle, and he exhibited signs of inebriation such as bloodshot eyes and unsteady footing additionally he is accused of attacking and berating one of the victims before police arrival.

During the trial, witnesses recounted the harrowing scene, describing how Warren kicked the injured woman and cursed at her—actions that speak to the callous disregard exhibited at the moment of crisis.
