With a description of Morin distributed through social media, he is said to stand at 5 feet 6 inches tall and weighs roughly 135 pounds, characterized by grey hair and a grey beard, he was last spotted wearing an AC/DC hat, a plaid jacket, and blue jeans, his appearance captured most recently in a photo shared by the police. The potential severity of the situation is underscored by Morin's health condition.
