The search for development partners comes via a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) issued by the city and its collaborators, the North Coast Waterfront Development Corporation and CBRE. They're targeting those who are ready to take on the task of building a new landscape that's in sync with the ideals of the North Coast Master Plan, which the city says encompasses perspectives from a diverse Cleveland cross-section.
