On Tuesday evening, just before 5:30 p.m., Mesa officers responded to a call regarding a suicide. Upon arrival at the scene, they discovered Angela Ciura, age 60, and 55-year-old Robert Braun, both deceased from gunshot wounds. According to ABC15, the two individuals were previously married but had since divorced.
The circumstances leading up to this violent event remain unclear, however, initial findings suggest the possibility of a murder-suicide. It was revealed by police that forensic evidence and the results from the Office of the Medical Examiner are set to thoroughly determine the cause and manner of death.
