One notable event, sponsored by the New Creation Christian Fellowship, is offering free school supplies on Friday, from 6 to 8 p.m. at 828 S. Stone Mountain Lithonia Road in Stone Mountain, as reported by FOX 5 Atlanta. Over at Excel Church in Conyers, families can partake in the Unashamed Back-to-School Bash scheduled on Saturday from 12 to 3 p.m., a day that's set to be filled with games, food, and music.
An array of giveaways is also on the itinerary from Asia Realty, as they host there Back-to-School Bash on July 26 from 12 to 3 p.m. at Asia Realty, 1657 Phoenix Blvd, in College Park. Other noteworthy events include the Rockdale County Back-to-School Bash, promising family-friendly entertainment on the Lawn at Wheeler Park, 1400 Parker Rd., in Conyers, on the same day from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m, as per FOX 5 Atlanta.
Atlanta Public Schools are not being left behind in these efforts and are hosting their very own Back-to-School Festival. This event is a one-stop shop for school supplies and other vital educational resources, taking place on August 2 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Lakewood Stadium, specifically for APS families, as indicated by WSB Radio. And for a stylish introduction to the academic year, Macy's is bringing its Back-to-School Fashion Show & Expo 2025 to North Point Mall in Alpharetta on July 27 from 12 p.m. to 5 p.m., replete with a live DJ and the first 50 guests poised to receive giveaways.
