
The Monroe County Sheriff's Office has issued an alert for a missing person, Jared Kendsey Keller, a 31-year-old white male, last seen in the early hours of July 9 in Tellico Plains. He is described as being 5'11", approximately 200 pounds with a medium build, dirty blonde hair, and green eyes, as per a social media post by Sheriff Tommy Jones.
Concern is heightened due to Mr. Keller's mental illness, with officials urging the public to be on the lookout for the missing man who may be traveling in a silver 2018 Ford Explorer with Tennessee tag 027-BKPR. The vehicle details provided in the same social media announcement have dialed up the urgency for his safe return.
