A July altercation in Stockbridge has led to charges against a Morrow man after three individuals were shot, as reported by local authorities. A dispatch to Piedmont Henry Hospital last Saturday unveiled that one of the persons arrived with a gunshot wound was just a fragment of the broader violent picture that day, according to FOX5 Atlanta.
The subsequent investigation by Stockbridge Police homed in on 31-year-old Juan Francisco Martinez Vasquez, of Morrow, crowning their efforts with his arrest, as per details shared by FOX5 Atlanta. Vasquez faces multiple charges, including three counts of aggravated assault, possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony, terroristic threats, reckless conduct, and the discharge of a gun near a public roadway.
Officers were called to a residence on Estate Avenue where they believe the argument spilled into gun violence. In the scene containment and evidence recovery process, the investigators located what they have described as critical evidence including the firearm suspected to be used in the shooting, as reported by WSB-TV.
