According to the notice released by the Oakland Police Department, on the day he disappeared, he was seen wearing a gray jacket, multi-colored button-up shirt, blue jeans, and blue sneakers. The community and media partners are asked to watch for someone matching this description and report any potential sightings to the authorities.
