The department proudly announced the historic promotion of Deputy Chief James LeBretton, who becomes the first individual to hold the position in Plymouth's history. Additionally, they didn't fail to recognize Lieutenant Andrew Carney, who also received congratulations on his recent promotion, signifying the continued evolution of leadership within the ranks.
