With diligence that serves the community, the Plymouth Police officers addressed a total of 856 incidents. These ranged from attending to 40 motor vehicle accidents to fielding 68 accidental 911 calls. Notably, the week also saw 75 interventions related to medical, mental, and well-being checks—underscored by the ongoing conversation about the role of police in responding to mental health crises within the community.
Enforcement actions included making 26 arrests and filing 17 criminal complaints. The statement by the department on social media also stated they initiated 107 traffic stops, a measure possibly indicating an effort to ensure road safety and adherence to traffic laws.
