These assaults have been notably occurring along well-trafficked paths, such as the Point Richmond Tunnel and Keller Beach, leaving the community on high alert. In response, the Richmond Police Department is appealing to the public to stay vigilant and report any suspicious activity. In a statement shared on Facebook, they outlined key safety tips, including staying alert, exercising in groups, and varying one's routine to avoid predictability.
