He was last seen accompanied by a loved one, running errands before he went missing on July 29 in Saint Paul.
He was described as wearing a white or light blue long-sleeved collared shirt and beige pants. As the clock ticks away on the time since Jorge has been without his medication, the sense of urgency is further heightened. The Police Department has reached out to locals through their online platforms, seeking any information that could assist in Jorge's safe return. With each minute passing since his last confirmed sighting, the search grows more desperate.
