A grim discovery in a Spring Valley Parkway home has led to a murder investigation by the City of South Fulton Police Department. On Tuesday, after receiving a tip from a neighboring law enforcement agency, police conducted a welfare check around 1 p.m. and found the body of a deceased man, as reported by FOX5 Atlanta. A person of interest, seen talking to the police on Tuesday, was later identified and apprehended.
Additional details were provided by South Fulton PD when they announced yesterday morning the arrest of Kristopher Bass, having entered the home upon their arrival and found a man dead. Charged with murder, aggravated assault, and possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony, Bass has since been booked into Fulton County Jail. This development follows the initial questioning of a person of interest, potentially linking them to the crime scene, as per FOX5 Atlanta.
