The Tewksbury Police Department arrested Prajwol Chaulagain after he allegedly photographed a woman in the bathroom of a Main Street business. The incident, which reportedly occurred last Saturday, at about 7:15 p.m., triggered a strong response from the community and authorities, as reported by the Tewksbury Police Department.
According to the official Tewksbury Police Department release, when officers arrived at the scene, they were met with a distressed victim and witnesses who claimed a male had photographed a female occupant of a restroom stall without her consent. The victim reportedly screamed during the event, prompting the suspect to exit the restroom before being apprehended by the authorities.
As per the Tewksbury Police Department report, Chaulagain stayed at the scene and was arrested without any trouble. The suspect is scheduled to appear in Lowell District Court for arraignment on Monday.
