Two men died in a shooting incident on Saturday morning in Thibodaux. Draven Hendon, 30, of Thibodaux, and Jordan Landry, 22, of Houma were found dead at the scene. According to the Lafourche Parish Sheriff's Office, the men were handling a loaded gun when it accidentally fired, killing Landry. Officials say Hendon then used the gun to take his own life. The case is being investigated as a negligent homicide followed by a suicide.
A call was received just after 3:30 a.m. on Saturday at the 200 block of Colony Station.
