An Amazon delivery driver, 30-year-old David Didusch, has succumbed to his injuries following a collision in Green Township, as confirmed by the Hamilton County Coroner's Office. The incident, as reported by FOX19, occurred around 4:38 p.m. last Wednesday in the 4300 block of Hutchinson Road when Didusch was struck by a truck while crossing the street to deliver a package.

Making a delivery, police say, Didusch was stopped in the southbound lane but did not wait for a northward-traveling Ford F-250 with a trailer bed to clear his path, resulting in the rear of the trailer hitting him. According to WLWT, after the collision, Didusch was rushed to the University of Cincinnati Medical Center with life-threatening injuries and pronounced dead the following day.

In the aftermath of the crash, the driver of the Ford F-250 did not remain at the site but was subsequently located later that evening. As the driver's fate concerning potential charges is currently unknown, the crash continues to be under investigation by local authorities. The crash's details, including the involvement of the trailer, were also reiterated by WCPO.

Green Township police are actively seeking additional information and have encouraged anyone with knowledge of the crash to contact the Green Township Traffic Unit at 513-574-0007.
