
The Anderson County Sheriff's Office in Tennessee recently took a moment to recognize and celebrate the hardworking individuals within its ranks. In a social media post detailed by the Anderson County Sheriff's Office, TN, it was announced that the office held its quarterly awards ceremony at the detention facility, where a number of deputies received awards and promotions.
The event was presided over by Sheriff Russell Barker, who took the opportunity to not only hand out awards but also formally announce several promotions. Among those honored, Corrections Deputy Mason Rutherford, along with Jacob Sharp, were the recipients of a Sheriff's Award. Moreover, to significantly underscore the gravity of their day-to-day operations, Corrections Deputy Michael Inman was named Deputy of the Quarter, as per the Anderson County Sheriff's Office, TN.
Not only were corrections deputies recognized, but those in the patrol division were also lauded for their exemplary service. Patrol Deputy Jordan Hannah received a Sheriff's Award, and Patrol Deputy Andrew Hahn was given both the Deputy of the Quarter Award and the Sheriff's Office Lifesaver Award. "Each of these brothers and sisters has sacrificed and dedicated so much to the department and the citizens," Sheriff Barker said after the ceremony. "These awards are just a token of our gratitude," the Anderson County Sheriff's Office, TN stated.
