Local restaurants including Someburros, The Chicago Dawg House, and Tarbell’s Cha Cha Mouche Tapas and Wine Bar are featured. The stadium’s caterer, Craft Culinary Concepts, has added items such as Sonoran Beef Nachos, Birria Disco Fries, artisan cheese boards, and a crème brulee donut tower. Fans can also use express mobile ordering and pickup to reduce wait times, according to Phoenix New Times.
AZCentral reports that State Farm Stadium has added Tarbell's Cha Cha Mouche, a tapas and wine bar by celebrity chef Mark Tarbell, to its food lineup this season. Tarbell said, “Trust is the big word, because I have to protect my brand,” noting his confidence in Craft Culinary Concepts to deliver his vision. The menu includes items like lobster roll sliders, truffle popcorn, and new Cardinals-themed wines. In addition, the Rivalry Grill will feature weekly specials inspired by the Cardinals’ opponents, such as Loaded Kansas City BBQ Beef Brisket Burnt Ends Disco Fries.
State Farm Stadium has expanded its food offerings for Arizona Cardinals fans this season. Options include healthier choices such as a Chicken BLT wrap and a Quinoa superfood salad from Craft Culinary Concepts, as well as traditional stadium items like Cardinals Corn Dogs and hand-battered chicken tenders. Local vendors are also featured, including Sonoran-style Fruit Cups, Someburros, and Chicago Dawg House with its Chicago-style hot dogs.
