A teenage boy is recovering after a shooting incident in Atlanta. According to Atlanta Police Department, the shooting occurred at approximately 4:27 PM yesterday, at 156 Moury Avenue SW. Officers found a 17-year-old male suffering from a gunshot wound to his right hand when they arrived at the scene. The victim was reportedly alert, conscious, and breathing, and was transported to the hospital shortly after the officers arrived.
There has been no immediate release of information regarding potential suspects or motives in the shooting. According to a statement released by the department, "Investigators with the Aggravated Assault Unit responded to the scene to determine the circumstances surrounding the incident."
