The Boston Police Department is calling on the public to assist in the identification of individuals involved in an aggravated assault that took place earlier this month. The incident, which occurred on August 3, near the intersection of Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard and Humboldt Avenue in Roxbury, has prompted detectives from District B-2 to seek witnesses or anyone with information that may lead to apprehending the suspects.
In the request for public assistance, officials described one of the suspects as a black male with a thin build, dressed in all black. This individual was reportedly behind another on a scooter and is said to have lifted his sweatshirt to display a firearm in his waistband. The detectives, are actively piecing together the details of the case, and urge those with any knowledge to come forward.

Those wishing to remain nameless can phone in tips to 1-800-494-TIPS, or send a text message beginning with "TIP" to CRIME (27463).
