Deputies rushed to the 1100 block of Calimesa Boulevard at about 3:30 p.m. after receiving reports of the incident. Upon their arrival, they found the two injured parties and promptly had them transported to a local hospital in stable condition.
The suspects bolted from the scene, leaving the vehicle behind. Descriptions of the driver and passenger have not been made public.
