As cooler weather begins to settle in, Eden Prairie is ushering in the fall season with more than 500 recreational programs and activities for residents and Community Center members. Registration opens at 7:00 a.m. on Wednesday, August 13, with general public access beginning a week later on August 20.

Announced in the city’s official bulletin on Thursday, the fall lineup includes outdoor adventures, fitness classes, creative arts workshops, and stargazing events. Residents can enjoy activities across the city’s 52 parks or take part in paddling sessions at Staring Lake.

Community Center members and Eden Prairie residents will get early access to swimming lesson registration, one of the more popular offerings, ahead of the general public. City staff are encouraging participants to log in to their online accounts ahead of time to avoid issues during registration. Users are advised to check usernames and passwords early and build a digital wishlist of desired programs to simplify the process on registration day.

All programs can be previewed and added to a wishlist on the Eden Prairie recreation website. Early preparation is key, as space in high-demand programs can fill quickly.
