Among those charged in the incident are Jermaine Matthews, Montianez Merriweather, and Dekyra Vernon, who, along with Kittle, were identified as part of the group allegedly involved in the conflict, with two more suspects remaining at large, as noted by the Cincinnati Police Department and echoed by FOX19.
