This IFP isn't just a big deal for SHBP; it also includes opportunities for the University System of Georgia (USG), supporting 26 public colleges and libraries across the state, intent on maintaining the healthcare plans for its employees and their families. The selected Pharmacy Benefit Manager—or managers—will be responsible for delivering a comprehensive package that includes plan design, claims processing, customer service, and the maintenance of a robust pharmacy network.
