
The Gwinnett County Police are reaching out for assistance in a case involving a missing 53-year-old woman, Cheree McCroskey, who vanished from the Lawrenceville area on May 26. McCroskey, described as five feet nine inches in height and 120 pounds in weight, is easily identifiable by her distinctive tattoo of a four-leaf clover inscribed with "Lucky" on her left arm. According to the police report, she was last seen around Herrington Road—a location she is known to frequent along with the nearby Sweetwater Park and the intersection of Sweetwater Road and Old Norcross Road.
As the search persists, investigators have been canvassing these common haunts in hopes of gleaning some clue that might shed light on McCroskey’s current whereabouts, they do so with a rising sense of urgency, time passing as an adversary in such cases the window for finding missing persons often narrows as days flip off the calendar.
