In a move aimed at enhancing student transportation, CobbLinc has joined forces with KSU to offer free bus rides for those holding a valid student ID. Announced yesterday, this partnership is shaping up to give students hassle-free access to both KSU campuses and the surrounding areas.
According to the official release from Cobb County, "Your KSU student ID is your free ride! Simply show your valid student identification card when boarding a CobbLinc bus and enjoy completely FREE transportation connecting both KSU campuses via the Rapid 10 line as well as Routes 40 & 45."
Travel for KSU students—whether for off-campus jobs, mall visits, or local activities—has become more accessible, addressing the needs of those navigating the county’s sprawl, as mentioned by the Cobb County government.
