Litchfield Park has appointed Yosha Brunson Kuhl as its first Director of Communications. She began the role last month and brings 18 years of experience in sectors including gaming, retail, IT, and nonprofit. Her responsibilities include overseeing public information, media and community relations, and the city’s social media platforms.
According to the City of Litchfield Park, the position was created following a year-long review that included needs assessments and discussions with city leadership and council members. The role is intended to strengthen communication between Litchfield Park and its residents.
Kuhl’s appointment comes as the city advances projects such as Litchfield Square, Hilltop School for the Arts, and a new library. She holds a Master of Science in mass communication from Florida International University and a Bachelor of Arts in journalism from the University of Memphis.
