
A man was found shot and killed in a Cordova parking lot, the Shelby County Sheriff's Office said. He was inside his vehicle outside a smoke shop at a strip mall on the 1900 block of Berryhill Road. Deputies arrived around 5:40 p.m. and found him dead, according to WREG.
The Shelby County Sheriff's Office has not identified any suspects in the case. They are asking the public for information and urge anyone who can help to contact Crime Stoppers at 901-528-CASH, as reported by FOX13 Memphis.
The investigation into the homicide remains active and ongoing. Shelby County Fire pronounced the man dead at the scene from a gunshot wound. The Shelby County Sheriff’s Office is gathering information about the shooting. No one is in custody, and officials are working to identify and apprehend those responsible, as mentioned by Action News 5.
