Powell is depicted as a light-skinned Black male with freckles, standing approximately 5-foot-11 inches tall and weighing about 180 pounds. Having freckles and short black hair, but the details of what he was wearing when he disappeared are not known. Last seen, the description of Powell's clothing was not available. WCNC reports that Powell is known to get around either on foot or by using public transportation.
