Yesterday, a burglary unfolded at Camp Bow Wow on Whitten Road, as Memphis police responded to an alert at the dog care facility. According to a report by the Memphis Police Department, an employee, present in the parking lot around 6:10 a.m., noticed the alarm sound and saw a male departing the premises.
There was no indication that the intruders managed to abscond with any valuables although the suspects, captured on video surveillance, forcefully entered the building and, subsequently exited empty-handed, it was the staff member who upon hearing the disruptive early morning alarm gave chase to observe a figure making their way off the property, the scene swiftly falling back into the pre-dawn quiet that had preceded the break-in.
