On the evening of Tuesday, July 29, a suspect was reported to have been seen taking multiple items from a house, according to a statement from the Memphis Police Department. The incident was reported at approximately 6:49 p.m.

The suspect, described as a dark-complexioned Black male with unkept hair, was observed in a somewhat dark-colored shirt, black and red pants, complemented by white socks and slides. Witnesses reported seeing the individual moving items from behind a house and heading in the direction of Gillie Street and Claire Drive. As of now, no arrests have been made, and the investigation is ongoing.
