
Bill Belichick, known for his long tenure and championship success with the New England Patriots, has put one of his Nantucket homes up for sale. Belichick acquired the Nantucket property back in 2014 for $2.45 million, Boston 25 News highlights, the home is well-maintained featuring a new boiler installed in 2020 which along with spectacular views from multiple angles makes it move-in ready for the next owner, the legacy of Belichick's coaching career is reflected in his boat, "VIII Rings," named for the number of NFL championships he's won.
The property's listing through Coldwell Banker describes it as blending "modern amenities with classic Nantucket charm," and includes a "vaulted living room with stone fireplace and views of the beach and conservation land," according to Nantucket Current. Aside from his real estate ventures, Belichick is preparing for a new chapter as the head football coach at the University of North Carolina, his first game with the Tar Heels is set against TCU next Monday.
