Last Monday night, officers from the CHP Oakland Area, part of the Safe Streets Task Force, saw the vehicle executing the stunt at the intersection of East 10th Avenue and High Street, as reported by CHP Oakland on social media.
Once the reckless display had caught their attention, officers initiated a traffic stop and arrested the driver.
