Early this morning, the Oklahoma City Police Department began their probe into a gunfire incident in the northwest part of the city. Based on information provided by KFOR, officers were dispatched to the crossroads of Hefner Rd. and Western Ave. at about 1:30 a.m.
The first responders found one individual suffering from gunshot wounds. Subsequent to providing immediate aid, the victim was transported to a nearby hospital. Reportedly, they are expected to make a recovery. The police, thus far, have not to publicly identify any suspects, and the investigation is ongoing.
