
Last Saturday night near a North Side food truck, an employee allegedly shot a man after a tip jar theft. Police said a 29-year-old man tried to steal a tip jar from the food truck on West Hildebrand Avenue, according to KSAT.
San Antonio Police responded to a disturbance call around 11:45 p.m. The theft suspect left before officers arrived but was later seen across the street by a food truck employee. The 37-year-old worker confronted the man and shot him once in the chest.
