A 66-year-old St. Augustine man was killed after being struck by an SUV while riding an e-bike in St. Johns County. The crash occurred yesterday around 8:20 p.m. on US Highway 1 near Las Calinas Boulevard, according to First Coast News. On the previous Sunday, another e-bike rider in his 60s was seriously injured after being hit by a vehicle on A1A in Ponte Vedra Beach. Local authorities have not released additional details about yesterday’s crash.
